Players will navigate the bustling streets of San Pelícano, a vibrant city with three distinct districts: historic quarters, business areas, and industrial zones. Each neighborhood presents unique challenges, with different types of emergencies and catastrophic events that can happen at any moment. With every dispatch alarm, players must dash to their ambulance, switch on the siren, and skillfully maneuver through traffic to reach accident sites.
Once on-site, quick thinking and adaptability are crucial. Players must assess situations, talk to patients to understand accident circumstances, and use a variety of medical tools to diagnose and treat injuries. From simple cuts to complex cases involving allergies or pre-existing conditions, every decision counts. In severe cases, patients need swift transport to the nearest hospital.
