Digital Goods Policy - digital goods purchased from Empire Gaming including Steam, Origin and Uplay and other similar product codes / keys and Steam gifts cannot be returned, no refund will be provided when product codes / keys have been sent following payment under any circumstances. This is a measure to prevent fraudulent use of one-time digital codes. The code / key will be sent to you via your registered email address and also available to view in the "Account" section of the website.
These games/software are digital download version only and therefore require no game disc. No physical item will be sent through post.
Origin Codes Have to be redeemed on www.origin.com. You will have to download the Origin game client which would then allow you to download the game/software to your computer.
Steam Codes Have to be redeemed on www.steampowered.com. You will have to download the Steam game client which would then allow you to download the game/software to your computer.
Uplay Codes Have to be redeemed on www.Uplay.com. You will have to download the Uplay game client which would then allow you to download the game/software to your computer.
Above rules apply to all intangible goods. We may ask for additional information before sending the digital item if we suspect unusual activity.
In the event of receving a faulty code (Invalid message appearing when activating) then please contact us immediately by opening a help ticket in your account section. We will rectify the issue within 48 hours by either providing a replacement code or a full refund. We may ask you to provide screenshot of the error message.
Physical Goods Policy - items purchased from Empire Gaming as physical goods that have any defect e.g. damaged in shipping will have a full refund provided when the original unopened item has been returned at buyers expense. Refunds are available for physical goods provided a request is made within 14 days of payment date.
Please check if your computer is capable of playing the game first before you purchase the game as no refunds will be provided in this case.
