We have a 2-step checkout process. We first authorize the payment at checkout then capture the payment after a successful SMS / Phone verification.

If the order is “declined” due to an unsuccessful checkout, the payment will be released back to you automatically by our payment gateway PayPal or Stripe.

As release of payment is not updated in real time, this may take time for it to appear on bank transactions.

If the payment is not released within 3 business days then please contact us and we will investigate the issue.
